Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Refund and Returns Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Fireflies Ltd (registered under company number 14780277), the operator of the e-commerce website.
- Goods refers to the items offered for sale on our website, specifically cookware.
- Orders means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without providing any reason.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 14 days from the date You received the Goods. To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of Your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Us of Your decision by emailing support@cookware-paradise.com.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same way of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
- The Goods are in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that You received them.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods which, by their nature, are not suitable to be returned (such as items that have been unsealed after delivery).
If Your return does not meet the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange.
Return Process
To return Goods, You should:
- Email support@cookware-paradise.com
to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. - Once You receive the RMA number, securely pack the Goods in their original packaging, include a copy of Your receipt, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the nearest warehouse address we provide you by email.
Please note that You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
Refund Process
Once We receive Your returned item, We will inspect it and notify You that We have received Your returned item. We will immediately notify You of the status of Your refund after inspecting the item.
If Your return is approved, We will initiate a refund to Your original method of payment within 14 days. The refund amount will include the cost of the Goods minus any shipping costs, unless the return was due to Our mistake.
